My sweet husband upgraded my diamond from a 1/2 carat to a 1 carat when we celebrated our 47th wedding anniversary. Chuck Cooper and his friendly courteous staff helped him select a setting for a beautiful three stone ring. I couldn’t bear not to wear my precious diamond that I ... had worn so long, so he talked to Chuck Cooper and he elected to have me a necklace made that would showcase my precious stone. I loved the fact I could continue to wear my diamond daily in a pendant and wear my new beautiful ring. As I was dressing one morning this week, my pendant fell from my chain and landed on my foot. I was heartbroken. My husband took it back to Van Atkins that very day and just two days later, I received a call from Van and my pendant was done. When we went to pick it up, I was so pleasantly surprised when we were told there was “No Charge!” They were so kind and did such a beautiful job on my necklace. Never have I had such wonderful care and kindness from a jeweler!! Van Atkins is really down home people who really care about their clients!!
